The different levels and categories of services and add-ons are intended to allow the client to book appropriately based upon individual needs. The service times however are not a basis to gauge how long the appointment will take, or is required to take. This is purely a scheduling and dispatch tool that helps prevent scheduling issues. Most jobs will take under the stated time including set-up and clean-up. Some will take Longer. If it takes longer, and you were not quoted for approval of any add-on, then the price remains. All add-ons and/or upgrades must be quoted and approved onsite before work begins.
All Services include Sales Tax (if required). Gratuity is not expected, but always welcome for showing appreciation.
ARIZONA MOBILE DE-TRAILING can detail any type of vehicle, including cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, and motorcycles, however we market to the off-road culture primarily to provide them with a reliable (and mostly reasonable) experience catered to their unique Vehicle washing challenges and obstacles.
Yes, Our service is mobile, and we come to your residence (We can service some apartment complexes, with landlord/office approval, and a water source). The appointment also serves as a sort of reservation of services, so that we can be the most prepared for your DE-TRAILING appointment.
On your DE-TRAILING appointment day, we will send a confirmation email/text in the morning, and one when the Truck is en route to your location with eta. If you are the early morning appointment, there will be the one confirmation/en route message. When AMDT arrives, we will want to make contact, just to confirm a few details. Shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes, but we will need a signature. From there we will have confirmed where we can wash, including keeping our truck and trailer adjacent to the vehicle. We will also have a confirmed location to connect to a hose bib. (Apartments with permission from landlord/office). Once we have completed, we will return to retrieve you for the walk around, and final signature. Should be less than 5 minutes.
